Be forward wanders blossoming forward Francisco Madinga junior is reportedly being monitored by South African clubs, including Soweto giants Orlando pirates after a wonderful performance in the TNM super league this season, Malawi sports outlines.
According to our source, the then Namiwawa FC player has claimed his stake in wanderer’s camp, with vital goal scores that recently includes a brace in the 4-1 victory over TN stars.
Gift Mkandawire, Chairperson of the team told the local media that the expectation was, at the end of the league’s first round, Madinga was to be released for trials in South Africa.
“Several teams are interested in him, that includes Orland Pirates, but we have told the agent that the team can assess him during the first-round break. He is one of our important players, “quoted Mkandawire.
Madinga confirmed yesterday that has received inquiries from some foreign teams.

It was a two year loan deal in which Madinga joined Wanderers alongside defender Precious Sambani from Namiwawa FC. After the expiry of the deal, Madinga stayed put at wanderers while sambani joined rivals Nyasa Big bullets on three year deal.
Madinga is to play for Wanderers this Saturday in the Blantyre’s derby against Bullets at Kamuzu stadium in Blantyre after he missed a goal-less draw against Silver Strikers at Silver Stadium last week in the league.
