Moyale Barracks on Saturday demolished Epac FC 2-1 to increase its chances of grabbing TNM super League.
Two goals from Gastine Simkonda both scored in Second half were enough for the Lions of Kaning’ina to collect maximum points to move close to the League leaders Big Bullets FC who are on top with 56 points
The game was played at Mzuzu Stadium.
The first half ended in draw as both sides showed no anger of shooting on goal.
In the second half, Moyale looked a changed side as the team started pressing Epac from left and right. No wonder in the 49th minutes Moyale got a goal through Simkonda.
Barely ten minutes from the score as Epac was hoping for an equaliser, Moyale increased the lead through Simkonda.
The game ended in 2-0 in favour of Moyala barracks.
Moyale is now having 53 points from 26 games and this weekend the Lions of Kaning’ina date Bullets FC at Kamuzu Stadium.
