After some struggles in the last season of TNM Super League, Epac Football Club can now have sigh of relieve as a saviuor has befallen them.
Leo Mpulula, former coach for Blantyre United has agreed to be the coach for Epac FC from now on.
In an interview Leo said he is happy to be part of the team and ready to work with them from now till the end of the contract.
Despite sickness and other problems that hindered him in the last season, Mpulula said he is ready to deal with the problems that the team is currently facing.
“Am ready to work with the team no matter the problems I might face, and am happy to be part of Epac FC and am promising to deliver in the way Malawians have always expected in me,” he said.
Mpulula whose dreams are to show, who he is by putting small teams on the map, added that he will work on his dreams and he will succeed.
“If I have failed in the past it was then, but for now am coming again to make Epac the best Club that Malawi has ever had, hence teams should be on the look out for this club as it will be a bomb,” he said.
The former Blantyre United Coach defended him self on the rumors that he will not work with confident in Lilongwe since he is used to Blantyre teams by saying that is not changed with that fact since he does not select on where to work.
“I left Lilongwe in 1994 but am taking that challenge because I can work in any condition for am well experienced and I can adapt to any condition,” the coach defended him self.
He also said he is confident with the team’s successful assurance as he has been given every right to select his own assistance.
“Despite all the support the team has assured me am also calling upon all my fans and everyone that has been supporting me and the team to continue doing so as we will never fail them,” he concluded.
