Blue Eagles Sisters send a warning signal in the Central Health Lilongwe and District Netball League on Saturday as they seat on top of the table following comfortable victories against Lioness and Support at area 30 courtyards in Lilongwe.
The Cops beat Lioness 68-26 in their first game before another sounding victory against Support 67-8.
The victory means Blue Eagles are at the summit of the log-table with 6 points on goal superior to their rivals Civonets, who have the same number of points on the second slot.
Civonets, who pruned Mafco 52-26 after beating Boma 55-23, have netted 136 baskets while Blue Eagles Sisters have managed to net 172 baskets.
On the same Saturday, after losing to Civonets, Boma resurrected in their second encounter with a 55-17 victory against Green Jnr to occupy third position with 2 points and 94 baskets.
On fourth slot there is Lioness with 2 points having netted 73 baskets. Lioness beat Green Sn 47-39.
Mafco are on unfamiliar fifth position with 2 points as well after netting 61 baskets. The Salima based soldiers clipped Green Snr. 35-25 before losing to Civonets.
Coming sixth is Green Jnr then Support while Black Eagles Green Sn and Chatalama are all below the table.
