Lauren Ngwira left Tigresses without saying a goodbye and even disclosing the ground behind her depart.
Ngwira is key player, a goalkeeper; a shooter, who played a hand for Tigresses to become the Airtel Money National Netball Trophy Champions.
However, in a short response Ngwira did not disclose the reasons behind the decision to quit Tigresses.
“Right now, I have given myself a break. When I return, I will let you know,” Ngwira said in an interview.
As current stands, the player has left the team’s hostels in Che Mussa.
Team manager Charles Mhango confirmed that the player has not been reporting for training since Tuesday.
