Super League of Malawi (Sulom) shows the concern as other teams in TNM Super League are not participating pre-match meetings which is not good development.
The pre-match meeting enables the teams to discuss the way to cater for expenses and prevent some problems that may occur during the match.
The Sulom secretary William Banda spoke with concern that a good number of teams is fond of shine away these pre-match meetings.
“I do not know if they really know the important for attending such meeting. We discuss issues like security, gate collections and many others which are also important. These teams must be punished from now on,” he said.
The Sulom has therefore set penalties in order to prevent the teams from such ill-acts. The teams are expected to be paying at least 100 thousand Malawi kwacha if they do not attend pre-match meeting.
