Eddington Ng’onamo has gained a confidence after Mighty Be Forward Wanderers managed to register a first home win in the TNM Super league when they demolished Red Lions 3-1 last Saturday, and he has said that he will please his bosses and help the club change their fortunes in the league.
Thus has been in that way following Wanderers Executive Committee had given Ng’onamo a target of doing well in five league matches in a row to prove that he was worth taking over permanently from former coach Jack Chamangwana who was redeployed to the role of technical director.
“I am not under pressure. I have confidence that we will do well in the remaining matches. I now have a clear picture of our best squad and the team is gelling together with the other players that were with the national team at the Cosafa Cup in Namibia. But we still have to do better in finishing. I am confident I can help the team this season,” he said.
Ng’onamo said he was looking forward to the semifinals of the Presidential Cup where they play Moyale Barracks next weekend
