Malawi National Team (Flames) player who is also Jomo Cosmos winger Micium Mhone has been sent home by Coach Enerst Mtawali after he appeared to be inhumane once being replaced by Mighty Wanderers winger Isaac Kaliyati in the match against Zimbabwe on Sunday.
Angry Mhone refused to have a handshake with Muhamad Sulumba when he was substituted by his coach during this game where Malawi lost 3-0 in the Group L 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifier.
Painful behavior that ate too much on coach’s fresh was what he wrote his Facebook wall against Flames Technical Panel.
Such accumulative ill-behaviour angered Mtawali who immediately dropped Mhone before others heading to Cosafa tournament in Namibia.
Mhone reached home yesterday as he alighted at Chileka International Airport.
Meanwhile, Kaliyati is expected to join his team-mates in South Africa and proceed to Namibia where they will play Angola in the Cosafa competition’s opener on Saturday.
