Robert Mwanja Human Resources Manager for the company disclosed this to Malawi sports in an exclusive interview.

“There is no negativity, the Directors saw that Kukoma product is used by women and netball is for the women hence the reason for sponsoring Kukoma Diamonds,” he said.
He also said that national team players are dominated by Kukoma Diamonds another reason which clearly shows that the sponsorship has brought a huge impact in netball and the Queens are currently third in Africa.
“We want to associate with netball because they are achievers and we are really proud to associate with them. We want to assure Kukoma Diamonds that they should know that we are there to stay and we urge them to put a gallant fight and be exemplary because that will have an impact on our products, we urge the visitors to use Kukoma because is one of the best and always available on the market,” he said.
