The Malawian Female football star Tabitha Chawinga is likely to win in two award nominations which she has earned as she demonstrates marvelous and incredible performance in Sweden.
Chawinga’s current performance has dragged her into these two award races; Best Forward and Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the Swedish Womens top flight football league.
She is competing for the best forward award against Pernille Harder and Stina Blackstenius while for the MVP award, she is in contention with Harder and a Brazilllian known as Marta Vieira da Silva, a five time World Womens Footballer of the Year winner.
However, Chawinga , being new in field she is doing great as she has so far scored 15 league goals in 21 matches and she is among the top five leading scorers.
Her team Kvarnsvedens IK which is in its debut season of the top flight league is currently on position eight.
Chawinga inspired her team to earn a top flight league promotion from second division last season after banging 43 goals in 26 matches.
